ID: 5824 Updated by: sniper Reported By: scott.giese@bluestar.net Status: Closed Bug Type: *General Issues Assigned To: Comments: No feedback. And this is fixed. --Jani Previous Comments: --------------------------------------------------------------------------- [2000-08-27 18:17:23] sniper@php.net Please try latest CVS or snapshot from http://snaps.php.net as this should be fixed now. --Jani --------------------------------------------------------------------------- [2000-07-27 22:25:43] scott.giese@bluestar.net php.ini is ignored. I have tried placing the file in WINNT, wwwroot (PWS 4.0) and the directory that the php files are in. I then created the PHPRC environment variable to point to C:WINNT. Nothing has worked. When I execute phpinfo(), none of the modifications made to php.ini are reflected in the output. It appears to be outputting a default configuration. I modified doc_root, extension_dir, browscap, etc., but ‘no value’ is displayed. ‘Configuration File Path’ shows ‘php.ini’, not ‘C:WINNTphp.ini’ as I would expect after setting the PHPRC environment variable. PHPRC is displayed properly under the ‘Environment’ heading. I have made no modifications to the source code and have not done a rebuild. I am using everything ‘out of the box’ as downloaded. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Full Bug description available at: http://bugs.php.net/?id=5824
