Bug description: wrong Oracle version detected in configure script
On AIX 4.3.3 with Oracle 8.1.6 the configure script detects the wrong Oracle version. This happens
if you configure with --with-oracle and --with-oci8.
Solution:
To get the right version 8.1 lines 24187 and 26131 have to be changed from 8.0 to 8.1. Then
configure and make run ok.
