I have an adress-book relaized in php3.
To show up a pic, I use an extended file.
showpic.php3:

mysql_connect("localhost", "user", "pass");
mysql_select_db("basser");
$result=mysql_query("SELECT * FROM kontakte WHERE id=$id ORDER BY id")
or die ("Can't perform Query");
$row=mysql_fetch_object($result);
Header( "Content-type: image/gif");
echo $row->pic;
?>
With php4 is does work any more.
