Bug description: php_crypt.dll wont work for win98 on php4
php_crypt.dll wont work for win98 on php4.
I have uncommented it in the php.ini and downloaded the dll,
but it just hangs the server.
Lots have people have reported this problem on www.phpbuilder.com
