Description: Not valid interbase link
The documentation is wrong: the two parameters must be exchanged, so it reads:
$sth=ibase_query($stm, $dbh);

PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 405425D5
this script is working normaly:
$dbh=ibase_pconnect("ib:d:sh.gdb", "SYSDBA","masterkey");
$stm="select * from rating";
$sth=ibase_query($stm);
