Bug description: Trans-sid not following frameset links
In PHP 4.0.2, which PHP is compiled with -ENABLE-TRANS-SID, it will not append the SID to links in
framesets.
In PHP 4.0.1pl2 it would do this correctly, but in 4.0.2 it only seems to follow links which begin
with A HREF.
PHP was compiled with the following command line:
./configure \
--with-mysql=/usr/local \
--with-apxs=/usr/local/sbin/apxs \
--enable-trans-sid \
--with-ldap=/usr/local
