Bug description: cv_sale not taking 2 parameters
In the cv_sale code there is a bit where it pulls in the parameters, but the zend_get_parameters
function is being passed an extra parameter itsself ..
zend_get_parameters_ex(ht,2, &psess, &pinvoice) != SUCCESS)
There is that extra "ht," bit there that I don't think should be there. I took it out
and recompiled and it seems to work.
