Works for me in 4.0.2. Could you please check it in 4.0.2 and if it doesn't work, provide
details on your configuration?

I tryed to use error_log directive to forward all error produced by my scripts to some file and it
doesnt works, though according to phpinfo(), error_log directive has been set.
