French documentation of PHP3

Hello, We are 4 french guys who met in the new french newsgroup fr.comp.infosystemes.www.auteurs.php We are about to begin to translate the PHP manual (the doc directory of the PHP distribution in fact) in french. We just wanted to kwon if no one is allready doing this and to inform you of it. We will work, as I said, on the latest php3 release (3.0.6), whith a CVS tree (I still have to install it on my linux :P) on the PHP/doc directory. We will integrate the modifications of the PHP/doc directory that come with each new realease. We'll try to keep te same filenames, so the scripts used to generate docs won't have to be changed. We'll try to work hard and fast, but translating takes a lot of time, so be patient :) Best regards, -- Robert CHERAMY <Robert.Cheramy@via.ecp.fr> Eleve a l'Ecole Centrale Paris - Promo 2ooo -- PHP Development Mailing List http://www.php.net/ To unsubscribe send an empty message to php-dev-unsubscribe@lists.php.net For help: php-dev-help@lists.php.net
