More work on the build tracker

I have made some more modifications to the build tracker
(http://qa.php.net/build_tracker/)
Notable changes include:
- shortening up the intro page.
- changing the filter page so that it asks for the server api used, instead of the # of servers.
- adding a list of all extensions
BTW the purpose of the filter page is to allow us to know what information we need to gather from the client and build a form that has the necessary fields to do this.
Any thoughts or comments?
