SOCKS support added to 4.0.1pl2

I managed to add intrinsic SOCKS support to php 4.0.1pl2. I hope some main developer contacts me, for now I am simply enclosing the modified files: a) in main/ use the new fopen-wrappers.c b) in ext/standard use the new fsock.c, socks.c, basic_functions.c I had to add in ext/standard/Makefile the new file socks.c, I think it has to be added somewhere else, but maybe someone else will figure out how. Please don't kill me if my solutions isn't nice enough, I tried to throw in also support for redundant socks servers. If anyone needs help about this implementation, feel free to email me.
