compile with gd-1.8.3 , libpng-1.0.8 , zlib-1.1.3 ,
apache-1.3.12
(a) use php-4.0.1pl2 everything OK
(b) use php-4.0.2 : when make under dir php-4.0.2 :
a lot of gd-png funtions not defined ... Error !
