From: Jason@hspace.net
Operating system: Windows IIS
PHP version: 4.0.3RC2
PHP Bug Type: Filesystem function related
Bug description: fread() or readfile() or fgets()
I tried to use fread() to read from a binary file.
Unfortunately this function does not seem to work in IIS.
No error message... it simply can't read the file.
