Description: Mycrypt compiles in succesfully, but functions appear undefined in DSO module
Note: mcrypt compiled with --disable-posix-threads

This has cropped up a few times on the list, but getting mcrypt support working under php 4.0.2
appears broken. If someone could confirm that it compiled in properly, and that the functions can
then be used, it would be great if they were specific about which versions of packages were used.
