Bug description: php_value / auto_prepend_file .... not well documented
php_value auto_prepend_file header.inc
php_value auto_append_file header.inc
Too find out that those line can be inserted in apache directive or even just knowing that those
commands are avilable at all, I had too look long time.
I think that if part of the man will have apache with php or something similar it will help greatly
