PHP Bug Type: Reproduceable crash
Bug description: phpMyAdmin causes crash of php.exe
After hitting the "Create" button in phpMyAdmin's "Create new database"
form (on the start page of phpMyAdmin) php.exe crashes.
The form calls db_create.php3, but I cannot find the cause for the crash therein.
