While compiling newest php from CVS with --with-mod-dav=...
I got the message:
functions/dav.c:51: phpdav.h: No such file or directory
make: *** [functions/dav.o] Error 1
I patched functions/dav.c -- and well, it compiled now.
Here is the diff, hope, I did the right thing,
