I found myself in need of linked lists, and I noticed that DList.h and
dlist.c implement doubly-linked lists already. But dlist.c only compiles
if --with-hyperwave is enabled. Why is that necessary? If no one minds, I
am going to remove #if HYPERWAVE check from dlist.c
