Description: Problems with php-cgi
after compiling the new source 4.0.3 PHP-CGI doesn't work
i have removed the old php.ini and recompiled the source
now it works fine!

how was your php configured,
are there any messages in the error log ...

CGI-PHP-Scripts under Apache doesn't work (PHP parser outside of web tree).
