I commited the fix to CVS. However, I'm pretty sure IRIX 6.5 supports dlopen() and dlclose()
and what should also be fixed is the configure script to detect these correctly on IRIX 6.5.x

Hi,
during linking apache (1.3.12 static) I received an 'undefined symbol DL_UNLOAD' error
from libphp.a
on an IRIX 6.5.9 Platform using gcc.
Problem: missing '#if ZEND_EXTENSIONS_SUPPORT / #endif'
in Zend/zend_extensions.c
Problem fixed by simple patch - TOM
------------ patch ---------
22d21
< #include "zend.h"
145d143
< #if ZEND_EXTENSIONS_SUPPORT
151d148
< #endif
----------- original --------
static void zend_extension_startup(zend_extension *extension)
{
if (extension->startup) {
if (extension->startup(extension)!=SUCCESS) {
DL_UNLOAD(extension->handle);
}
}
}
----------- patched file --------
static void zend_extension_startup(zend_extension *extension)
{
#if ZEND_EXTENSIONS_SUPPORT
if (extension->startup) {
if (extension->startup(extension)!=SUCCESS) {
DL_UNLOAD(extension->handle);
}
}
#endif
}
