Bug description: Problem with PUT method
It seems that PHP module does not understand PUT method. Apache use a cgi handler to handle the
files uploaded to server with PUT method, an internal error is generated whenever the file extension
is php3. It looks to me that php module start to parse a file on the server that with the same name
and path as the uploading file (it produce Not Found error when the file is not exist on the
server).
