I want to address an issue of using php as a standalone (aka cgi)
utility. It would be nice (if not mandatory) to get a non-zero exits
status on php errors. Right now, it seems to return 0 always (looking on
the code, it returns non-zero in the case of (really nasty) internal
errors).
