Bug description: Some mistakes when build apache module
1. Name of PHP module is different in apache/src/modules.c (modphp4_module) and
apache/src/modules/php4/libphp4.module (php4_module)
2. Include dirs with php.h, zend.h etc have to be present in apache/src/modules/php4/Makefile
Version of Apache is 1.3.14rusPL30.0
Config line for PHP is:
./configure --with-mod_charset --with-gettext --with-apache=../apache_1.3.14rusPL30.0
--without-mysql --enable-track-vars --with-gettext --enable-static --disa
