PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: compile failure whith apache 1.3.4 (patch for mod_ssl 2.1.7) with apxs
there are lots of warnings and errors with the includes files from apache 1.3.4, in fact I have to
modify the include path because php don't find the include files from apache 1.3.4
(I don't know if it's an apache's bug or a php one)
