Bug description: odbc_execute does not accept new arguments when failing
$st=odbc_prepare($conn,"update tabel set veld1=?");
$arg[0]="1";
odbc_execute($st,$arg);
// stel dat dit statement mislukt
$arg[0]="3";
odbc_execute($st,$arg);
// nu zal odbc_execute weer "1" als waarde van het argument gebruiken.
