Try --with-cybercash=/mck/mck-3.2.0.3-linux
I think --with-mck was retired.

Bug description: Cybercash Functions Disappeared
PHP builds fine. However cybercash functions seem to not exist - i did
compile --with-mck
php successful build - configure statement. no php.ini changes.
