Operating system: Redhat 6.2
PHP version: 4.0.3pl1
PHP Bug Type: *Install and Config
Bug description: Apache cannot start --with-oci8
When I try to install PHP4 with OCI8 support, I do the following
./configure --with-mysql --with-oci8 --with-apxs
make
make install
After that I start apache and the apache cannot start. It reports httpd dead but subsys locked.
How to solve it?
