PHP Bug Type: Compile Problem
Bug description: checks for ipv6 are too weak.
an old lib5 system (kernel 2.0.x) is providing struct sockaddr_in6 but doesn't define AF_INET6.
the whole system is not ipv6 capable. applying the patch below fix the build process.
