There is a small typo in ext/domxml/config.m4 that makes domxml to
always be compiled in
no matter does --with-dom (or --without-dom) present or not.
without libxml installed I get:
./buildconf
./configure
...
checking for DOM support... no
checking for DOM in default path... not found
configure: error: Please reinstall the libxml >= 2.0 distribution
Change PHP_DOMXML to PHP_DOM in config.m4 or change the option name to
--with-domxml to make it work again.
