PHP 4.0 Bug #7164 Updated: php_sybase_ct.c config options don't match the php.ini-dist ones.

I'm sure that in the file ext/sybase_ct/php_sybase_ct.c lines 242-247 should read sybct.allow_persistent instead of sybase.allow_persistent and so on, to reflect the naming in the php.ini-dist file. either that or merge the sybase and sybct sections of the ini file...
