Remove every line from ext/standard/url_scanner_ex.c which have
'#line' in the beginning.
This 'bug' is fixed in future releases/snapshots.

On some systems, the making of php is hanging on files in the ext/standard compilation.
After debugging the problem with truss, I found out that there must be a referrer somewhere to
/home/sas/src/php4/ext/standard ... obviously, this directory doesn't exist on most systems
(duh, why should it), so the make hangs, with "Received signal #20, SIGWINCH" as error in
the truss of make.
When you create /home/sas/src/ and make php4 a symbolic link to the source directory of PHP 4.0.3,
it compiles smoothly...
This can be very easily fixed, by finding the .c file that is referring to this path... (didn't
look for the file yet though)
