Bug description: Boolean Fields always return 0 with dbase_get_record
I'm reading in a dbase File with a lot of different
field-types. Among them are some Boolean-Fields which
are set to TRUE or FALSE. Excel reads them correctly, but
dbase_get_record returns 0 for any of the boolean fields. No matter if they are TRUE or FALSE. Any
other field
works fine.
