please patch for DBMaker

Hey there, We would like to add a patch to php CVS specifically for our database driver - DBMaker. The modification is made only in one file: ext/odbc/config.m4. This patch is to fix some quoting problem and to correct some library location for DBMaker. Would you please include this patch to php CVS so that it will take effect in the future releases?
