PHP Bugs database

Hey all, I've just made a small change to the bugs interface, and wanted to run it by the list for comments before I did any more. The change makes it possible to view the buglist for the last N days only. This is useful so we don't have to download the entire list of bugs just to look at the bottom of it. I haven't added it to the HTML form, that's probably a more significant decision, and perhaps it's just useful to developers (it could be shown just for them).
