I'm sure there were reasons for that, let me remember... Seems to do
something with Zend's "0"<->0 index handling. I can't exactly remember why
it didn;t work simple way, maybe I just did some mistake on the
way. Anyway, it's in the separate function, so it can be changed pretty
easily.
