Is this list down? I've got no traffic today, and CVS appears broken again
too.
In any case, a proposal. I'd like to make a change to the "submit bug
comment" page to stop the stutter-click issue where the same comment gets
posted twice in quick succession. It would just be adding a check for two
comments for the same bug-id from a single developer inside (say) 5 seconds.
I'd also like to make it easier for a developer to delete a comment (maybe
just their own?).
Both changes are functionally trivial, I just want to make sure I'm not
stepping on anyones toes (plus, CVS is down :)
