PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem
Bug description: php.exe instals somewhere else then apache is looking for
in the documentation that comes with the files it says to install php in for example c:\php. it also
says to create an Action handle to /php/php.exe. only at the point when you run apache and load a
.php file apache will look for
/documentroot/php/php.exe and not for c:\php\php.exe where the file really is.
