Bug description: segmentation fault on
I believe I am seeing bug id #7378 too.
I get a segfault on a POST with ENCTYPE="multipart/form-data" . This is being use for
file upload. This occured when upgrading from 3.0.15 to 3.0.17. (I skipped 3.0.16.)
