Re: PHP 4.0 Bug #7424 Updated: errors if php build with ldap support

hi jani.. i know - it sounds very creazy.. tested configurations: 1. apache+ssl+php4+ldap+mysql+jpeg+bcmath+gd:   does not work. 2. apache+php4+ldap+mysql+jpeg+bcmath+gd:       works fine. 3. apache+ssl+php4+mysql+jpeg+bcmath+gd:                works fine. in the first configuration the parser works fine but only the templates with mysql- querys and connections could not be executed.         with lynx i got an "critical network error" or so at         configuration "1" (on all sites with mysql connect or query) after this i've installed a new apache on port 81 without ssl-support and with ldap-support in php - parser works fine with mysql and ldap and the other things. the critical configuration seems to be apache+mysql+ssl+ldap! i've reproduced this bug any time.. at last i've added ssl-support to the new webserver on port 81. => AND IT DONT WORK! it's creazy.. fuck it's creazy.. on the way->qmail+mysql works fine ;-) andreas mallek mallek@empora.de the short but complete script you've requested is a standard mysql_connection and an query..: --- %snip ---         // 1. a connect         mysql_connect($db["dbhostname"],$db["dbusername"],$db["dbpassword"]) or throwerror(__FILE__,__LINE__);         // 2. a select         mysql_select_db($db["dbname"]);         // 3. a simple query         $rs = mysql_query("SELECT CC_NUMBER FROM CUSTOMERS WHERE USERNAME = '$y'"); --- %snap --- At 15:54 28.10.2000, you wrote: ID: 7424 Updated by: sniper Reported By: mallek@empora.de Status: Feedback Bug Type: LDAP related Assigned To: Comments: Could you please specify which errors you get?
