PHP Bug Type: PWS related
Bug description: System restart required
I installed version 4 of PHP in conjunction with PWS. The setup programs configures the system
automatically.
However, a restart of the Windows system is required before anything actually starts to work.
The setup program nor the documenation says you have to restart your system.
The setup program should really prompt you to restart it.
