Bug description: phpinfo() images don't work with enable-trans-sid
When PHP is compiled with the --enable-trans-sid option and Cookies are not available, it puts the
current session id as GET option to all links. Unfortunately, functions that are used to display the
images in phpinfo() don't like to be called with any options
(http://mysite/info.php?=PHPE95...&PHPSESSID=.....) and thus cannot be displayed at all.
