Bug description: Content-type header cannot be turned off
It would be nice to be able to turn off the content-type header for when using php as an executable
for non web scripting and cron jobs etc. I tried setting the default_mimetype value in php.ini to
"" and NULL but it still prints the Content-type: as empty.
Thanks
Greg
