Bug description: file upload: temporary files aren't removed
If I use form with file upload and don't enter any file name in that form then PHP doesn't
remove temporary file from directory where it stores uploaded files. My temprary directory is full
of 0 bytes length files.
I changed temporary directory in php.ini, but I think that it shouldn't cause such errors.
I think that it is a bug of PHP.
