After my Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 1 computer boots, the "W3SVC" never
starts, It is stuck in the "Starting.." stage, It never gets to the "Started"
stage. If you go to the command line and type the command to stop the service, "net stop
w3svc", the service gets stuck in the "Stopping..." mode. Also, the "Internet
Services Manager" application in the Administrative Tools section does not load, you click on
it and nothing appears to happen.
