PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem
Bug description: Documentation Inconsistency
The "PHP Manual Online" differs from the "PHP HTML Manual (one BIG file)". At
least the latter (one big file) does not include anything about the file upload security fix. (
is_uploaded_file() )
Just compare "Chapter 19. Handling file uploads" in the two documents, the differences are
obvious.
This would not be a problem in itself if the docs page (php.net/docs.php) had some warning about the
"PHP Manual Online" being the only up-to-date documentation. Not regularly updated docs
should be marked, imho.
Otherwise PHP is great. Keep up the good work !
