php parser may be mangling javascript in html file.
when page at http://eabrokers.com/chestform.php is
parsed via cgi/php4.0.3pl1, quotes (") appear in javascript that are not in source of document.
This produces javascript errors on the page.
if you refresh the page, the quotes disapear from the html source and the javascript works fine.
Thanks and Best,
