Issue with loading extensions from php.ini

Hi, there seems to be an issue with the order of reading php.ini and registering the main ini settings. This problem becomes visible, if you want to load dynamic extensions in php.ini. Although the compiled-in default for extension_dir is correct, you need to set it explicitly in php.ini, otherwise php_dl() will not find the extension. Comments? - Sascha
