OK, this was fixed in CVS, but the following question remians:
Should be $argv[0] set to the name of the script? Now, in command-line
mode it is, in CGI mode it is not. This seems inconsitent. What you pepole
think about this? Should $argv[0] be always name of the script or should
this be left alone?
