PHP 4.0 Bug #7660: your faq is bogus!

PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem Bug description: your faq is bogus! http://php.net/FAQ.php cliquing at question 5.4 of your faq, you return to top of the page.. i think it happens becouse there is no 5.4 question/answer at answers section... well, my real problem (from what i found the above) is configurating the dammed browscap.ini file.. fine, there is a question on faq (3.6).. i found the archive.. it looks fine.. i was happy.. but what i do with that?
