PHP Bug Type: Unknown/Other Function
Bug description: substr_replace fails to append to end of a string
The script below outputs 'ABC' (does nothing). But it should output 'ABCDE'.
(The behaviour is identical with or without the optional length argument.)
<? echo substr_replace('ABC', 'DE', 3, 0); ?>
I would appreciate it if you could let me know when you fix this.
Thanks,
Ian
